Winemaking Process
This wine results of a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This wine was bottled after 18 months of aging in American oak. It can be consumed after purchase, or it can also be kept a few more years.
Tasting Comments
It presents a deep rich purple color. The nose reveals chocolate and cherry aromas. The palate is complex and well-balanced. The entry is sweet and reflects cherry and coffee flavors transitioning nicely into chocolate and berries flavors, associated with soft tannins.
