Winemaking Process
Syrah is a delicate varietal. Our clusters are hand-harvested enabling us to choose only the best grapes and preserving their integrity. After 14 months of aging in French oak, we obtain a complex and well-balanced wine.
Tasting Comments
Its deep purple color and its clarity convey a rich wine. The nose is clean, marked by hints of cherries, ripe blackberries, and violets. The palate is well-structured and reveals delicate tannins and black-fruits flavors.
